We asked Anne-Liis how she found our Business Hub as the venue for business meetings with Korean companies, whether she saw any added value in meeting them in an “Estonian environment” and what were the impressions of her Korean partners?

It is really great to have an official location to invite Korean partners and contacts to, to have business meetings. Seoul is huge and if you are on a tight time schedule, you do not manage to visit many (potential) clients or partners. But with the Business Hub, you have the possibility to invite all of them to you and be more efficient in your business trip. It comes with all the comfort abilities as well, such as being able to offer coffee and water at your meeting.
Furthermore, the Hub is ideal for introducing Estonia better to your partners. There is an exhibition about Estonian green economy, all the vibe is very Estonian and the videos provide a good feeling of Estonia. Overall, I would say it gave our contacts a better feeling of what Estonia is and represents, at the same time we were able to project a very professional appearance thanks to the Hub. Having our meetings at the Hub that is related to the embassy added credibility to our business relations and our partners were very positively surprised about the beauty of Estonia, the nature and were overall very positively surprised about the image that the Hub helped to convey.
The meeting for a larger audience by e-residency service provider Silva Hunt that was held in the afternoon and the Hub offered a good reflection of Estonia to our visitors: pure nature mixed with high tech and digitalization. The room fits larger groups of about 20 people easily to deliver a presentation for a group of people. The staff of the HUB is very friendly and helpful, as well as can assist in translation and communication with local business partners / potential customers.
As an e-residency service provider it was excellent to make our informational evening about e-residency at the Hub. It gave additional credibility and trustworthiness to us as a company and conveyed a good image of Estonia at the same time.
