The border violation took place over the Gulf of Finland, north of the Juminda Peninsula, where an aircraft from the Russian Federation entered Estonian airspace without permission.
“From Estonia’s perspective, this is a very serious and regrettable incident, which is not acceptable in any way,” Foreign Minister Tsahkna said.
