Speaking about comprehensive support for Ukraine, Tsahkna said it is vital to press ahead with the EU enlargement process.
Tsahkna noted that Europe has a great deal to learn from Ukraine. "Ukraine is not merely a consumer of security, but also a significant contributor to it."
"We must continue to isolate Russia on the international stage," the minister stressed.
Yesterday evening, Tsahkna met with the Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. "Estonia, together with Europe, has condemned Iran’s attacks against the Gulf states," said Tsahkna. "There is no justification for striking energy and other civilian infrastructure."
Today, Tsahkna is taking part in the international security conference GLOBSEC and will speak in a panel on the long-term security of Ukraine and Europe.
