No. 5-TTNATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen will be in Estonia for a working visit from 19-20 January.He has meetings scheduled with President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Prime Minister Andrus Ansip, Foreign Minister Urmas Paet, and Minister of Defence Mart Laar.Topics to be discussed during the visit are preparations for the NATO summit in Chicago, which will include discussion about the NATO air policing mission in the Baltic states, developments in the NATO Cyber Defence Centre, NATO’s activities in Afghanistan, and NATO-Russia relations.The NATO secretary general will give a lecture in English at Tallinn University entitled “NATO’s Baltic Allies: Punching Above Their Weight”. The lecture will be preceded by an introduction by Foreign Minister Urmas Paet.
